Abstract:- Over the past decade, there has been a significant transformation in the field of education due to the widespread integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) across various domains. The realisation of this reality in India can be attributed to the implementation of the “Digital India” programme by the Indian government in 2015. The advent of digital technology has facilitated the implementation of distant and lifelong learning, enhanced classroom experiences, enabled more effective teaching methods, and allowed for the development of flexible curriculums. Hence, the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 has thoughtfully included elements of digital education into its structure, recognising its significant potential.
